Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and committed Assistant Clinic Director to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Clinic Director to oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring the highest standards of care and supporting our clinical team. While this is primarily an in-person position at our clinic, you will have the flexibility to work from home for two days each month. Your responsibilities will include assisting with the development and monitoring of treatment plans, providing leadership and support to Behavior Technicians, and collaborating with families and professionals to deliver exceptional ABA therapy.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Clinic Director in managing the clinical team and ensuring effective ABA therapy delivery.
• Help develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and analyze data to monitor client progress.
• Provide support, mentorship, and guidance to Behavior Technicians and other clinical staff.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
• Stay updated with ABA research, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage your work hours between 8 AM and 6 PM, Monday through Friday, with flexibility to alternate between clinic and remote work as needed.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Arizona
• Proven experience in ABA therapy settings with a focus on leadership and support roles.
• Expertise in developing and implementing ABA programs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
• Experience with diverse client populations is a plus.

License/Certification:

• BCBA (Required)
• Active LBA in Arizona (Required)
