At Watertown Ford Chrysler in Watertown, SD, we are looking for a strong leader to grow our Parts department to an even higher level! We are currently seeking to grow our Leadership Team. If you are currently interested in supporting a fast-paced environment, you may have the qualities needed to be our next Parts Manager. If you are currently a Parts Manager, a high performing Parts Counter Person or a skilled Technician, you may have the qualities needed to be our next Parts Manager. This person must possess the following attributes:

• Prior Automotive Parts Department experience
• Great Leadership qualities and World Class customer service skills
• The drive to perform
• The ability to train and grow their team members
• An entrepreneurial spirit

• General Dealership computer skills
• General mechanical knowledge
• Time management and Leadership experience
