🔍 What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll play a key role in the implementation and configuration of advanced trading systems for our Capital Markets client.
From data analysis and system setup to training and go-live support, you’ll ensure each implementation runs smoothly, on time, and to a high standard.
✨ Key Responsibilities
- Lead client discovery sessions to determine requirements and define business needs
- Configure software systems aligned with client business processes and best practices
- Perform detailed data mapping and analysis to support successful conversions
- Deliver both onsite and remote support during client implementation phases
- Troubleshoot, validate, and test system functionality and connectivity
- Communicate project status, risks, and milestones effectively with stakeholders
- Train end users and internal teams to maximise product adoption and satisfaction
- Maintain accurate project records and follow quality implementation standards
💡 What You’ll Bring
- 7+ years’ experience in financial software implementation, support, or training
- Strong client-facing skills and ability to manage stakeholder expectations
- Deep knowledge of investment back-office processes
- Experience with project methodologies and implementation life cycles
- Comfortable with regular travel to client sites (as needed)
- Familiarity with trading systems or similar financial platforms is highly desirable
