About the Role
As a Remote Bilingual Contact Center Intake Specialist, you'll be the welcoming voice for individuals seeking support. You'll connect with clients over the phone, chat, or email, providing them with guidance and resources to improve their financial wellness. This role is perfect for those fluent in both English and Spanish who are passionate about customer service and making a difference in people's lives.
What You'll Do
Client Support: Answer incoming calls and emails, assisting potential clients with inquiries about services. Calls typically last about five minutes, and you'll handle an average of 80 calls per day.
Bilingual Communication: Use your Spanish and English fluency to support clients effectively.
Scheduling: Set up appointments or transfer calls to counselors who can provide in-depth financial guidance.
Data Entry: Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
Problem-Solving: Address client questions, provide resources, and professionally handle complaints when necessary.
Team Contribution: Collaborate with the team to ensure every client interaction leaves them better informed and empowered.
Your Schedule
Full-time: 40 hours per week.
Shifts: Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (local time), with rotating Saturdays every 6-8 weeks.
Initial Training: Training begins on February 3rd and runs for eight business days. Training hours are 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM ET or 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM ET.
What You'll Bring
Fluency in English and Spanish.
Strong typing skills (40 WPM at 80% accuracy).
A commitment to regular attendance and punctuality.
A secure, quiet workspace at home, with a closing door and reliable, high-speed internet (200 Mbps for single occupancy, 400 Mbps for shared spaces).
U.S. citizenship (due to contractual requirements).
A passion for continuous learning and providing empathetic support to others.
