About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Medical Officer to lead the implementation of its medical objectives across the entire product lifecycle, from discovery to launch. The successful candidate will be responsible for clinically elevating core disease strategies, informing external research partnership strategy, and establishing scientific external communication. This role requires a leader with an advanced degree (MD) and a minimum of 15 years of leadership experience, including a significant tenure in industry, medical, or R&D roles within the pharmaceutical or diagnostics sectors. The Chief Medical Officer will also be tasked with defining medical excellence standards, overseeing external research strategies, and establishing an international innovation organization. Applicants for the Chief Medical Officer position at the company must have a strong strategic background in building strategies across disease areas and a proven track record of driving interdisciplinary innovations. The role demands a leader with executive presence, a strategic mindset, and the ability to engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
