Role Supporting the Commercial Director and is to provide the link between the Asset Commercial delivery leads, ensuring commercial operations are kept consistence throughout. Excellent communication and customer facing skills are a must, along with working as part of a team promoting our JV culture and values. Will consider problems as a challenge, collect information relevant to the problem, be disciplined in ascertaining the root cause, identify and develop a practical solution, communicate the findings and implement action to resolve the problem. In return, we will explore what is possible for the role, albeit the role will require attendances at meetings and reporting events. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and support the MEP function in the production of Monthly reporting data and liaising with the Project Control Team.
• Assisting with the management of change including active engagement and avoidance of disputes.
• Leading and liaising with area commercial leads ensuring commercial teams are functional.
• Leading the monthly cost and performance reviews for each of the Enabling Function
• Development of the MEP Functions Specific Cost and performance reporting and tracking as well as leading the resource and subcontract / agency suppliers.
• Support the MEP in the 6-monthly production of the BUF as defined under the Contract, making sure we are in line with the BUF Production.
• Ensure Contract administration is kept in line with SCS principles, including the close of NCE.
• Liaise with Project Controls to ensure data is kept up to date on commercial activities
• Liaising with the area teams in relation to the monthly supplier AfP and its production, challenge, and issue.
• Manage disallowed costs, implementing mitigations measures where applicable
• Management of the Staff organograms and ATR’s related to these roles and the co-ordination of this against the staff budget.
• Leading the Co-ordination of the Cost Verification Framework and liaising with core in relation to this and getting the data from the assets to answer any queries on the CVF.
• Assist in the risk drawdown process with Project Controls.

• RICS/CICES accredited Degree (or equivalent)
• Full Membership of RICS or CICES (or equivalent)
• Post-graduate commercial experience in the construction industry with demonstrable track record of achievement
• Demonstrable financial and commercial acumen
• Extensive experience of drafting effective contractual correspondence and the facilitation of collaborative solutions
• Demonstrable legal, contractual and construction knowledge and experience
• Experience in implementing and delivering strategic objectives and associated change programmes
• Confidence and ability to assert influence
• A creative, strategic and innovative approach to problem-solving All the top bananas US
