Role: Commissioned Sales Associate (Hybrid - Showroom & Remote)

Delementstyle is looking for an energetic and driven full-time Commissioned Sales Associate to join our stellar team in either Dallas or Atlanta ! This unique hybrid role combines in-person showroom interaction with remote marketing, sales, and customer service responsibilities.

What You'll Do:

• Engage with customers both in the showroom and online, creating meaningful connections that lead to long-term relationships.
• Hit and exceed sales targets with your exceptional sales skills and a passion for delivering top-notch service.
• Collaborate remotely on marketing, sales, and customer service tasks, bringing creativity and innovation to the table.
• Travel between locations (Dallas/Atlanta) when needed to connect with clients and showcase our stunning collections.

What We’re Looking For:

• A proven sales background in women's fashion wholesale or a related field (bonus points if you have experience in contemporary fashion!).
• A natural connector —you thrive on building rapport and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with clients and vendors.
• A strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and the drive to surpass goals and elevate our brand.
• Comfortable using sales software and CRM systems to keep everything organized and running smoothly.
• A go-getter attitude with the ability to manage your time effectively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
