Aquor is seeking a Content and Social Media Manager to join our team of 19 here in Bellevue, Washington! You will be responsible for managing our social media platforms, curating and managing digital assets, producing, shooting, and editing multimedia content, and leading further strategy on content production associated with our consumer products. The Content and Social Media Manager will report to the Marketing Director.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day management of all social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, TikTok, Twitter)
• Create platform-specific content that drives engagement and builds community. 
• Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer,Later).
• Monitor social media trends, hastags, and competitor activity to keep strategies relevant. 
• Originate and produce multimedia content, including video editing, photography, and production.
• Oversee video vendor management, including production houses and photography studios.
• Negotiate contracts with freelancers, agencies, and influencers. 
• Manage Youtube channel including uploading, scheduling, and optimizing video content for maximum reach and impact.
• Engage with viewers, respond to comments, and foster a sense of community through our various media channels.
• Handle crisis management and address any negative feedback or PR issues
• Partner with the Marketing Director to shape and execute our multimedia content strategy.
• Develop a content calendar that aligns with overall marketing and business goals.
• Manage and communicate project timelines, deliverables, and resourcing needs effectively.
• Establish KPIs to measure content success (engagement, reach, conversion rates.)
• Work cross-functionally, providing support between various teams.
• Facilitate collaboration and communication between team members, fostering a positive work environment.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, and best practices for audience engagement.
• Experiment with new content formats (e.g., AR, VR, live streams) to enhance user engagement.
• Propose innovative ideas to keep the brand fresh and competitive in the digital landscap. 
• Maintain brand consistency and adhere to guidelines while creating content.
