Summary

McLaren Industries, Inc. is seeking a Controller to join our team at our global headquarters in Jacksonville, FL. Prior Controller experience is required for this position.

Job Highlights:

• Competitive Pay: Up to $105,000/ year based on experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from an accredited university with minimum 3.0 GPA overall; 3.5 GPA in Accounting.
• Must have 7 years of experience in QuickBooks Enterprise.
• Must have 10 years of experience in accounting.
• Must have experience working for large company in distribution, importation and/or manufacturer.
• Must have experience with FishBowl Inventory Software

Responsibilities:

• Collecting and consolidating financial data
• Supervising accounting departments
• Creating strategic plans & budgets for financial operations
• Providing company leaders with insights for decision-making purposes
• Inventory control and management
• Managing budgeting and forecasting processes
• Coordinate procurement activities
• Establish, document and maintain financial controls
• Assess and improve accounting procedures
• Evaluate and onboard accounting software solutions
• Manage regulatory reporting
• Maintain and comply with loan documents
• Hire, train, and motivate accounting staff members while supervising and delegating department tasks.
• Manage 401K plan contributions
• Review all Adjusting Journal Entries for Month/Year end close.
• Coordinate tax return review with Company CPA
• Maintaining accurate and complete financial records and participating in audits or reconciliations, as needed.Job Type: Full-time
