We are seeking 5 Tech Savvy Administrative Assistant-Customer Service Rep to join our growing and enterprise Legal team! This is a hybrid position and you can work from home 3 days a week but will start off 100% onsite for the first 2 weeks. We require any qualified candidate to be a Public Notary and E-Notary is preferred and Bachelors preferred as you will be responsible for digital estate planning. You will be responsible for answering inbound calls, emails, and live chats from customers in order to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products & services. You will perform online notarizations in accordance with policy and regulations.

Responsibilities:

· Handle inbound phone calls, live chats, and emails from current and potential members to provide information regarding using the plan, plan coverage, eligibility, and completing digital estate planning documents

· Perform online notarizations including confirming identity of client and witnesses

· Relay complex scripted information by phone and video chat

· Assist with on-the-job mentoring of new agents as needed

· Conduct outbound calls to follow up on inquiry resolution as needed

· Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Positive attitude with outstanding communication skills
• Must be a Certified Public Notary
• E-Notary is preferred but not required
• Bachelors preferred not required
• Ability to think critically, problem solve, communicate and manage task execution
• High Speed Internet at Home - At least 150 MBPS
• Ability to interact effectively with other associates at all levels of the organization and with all customers
• Ability to learn and effectively navigate relevant computer systems
• Ability to qualify for and obtain a Nevada Electronic Notary Public Certification
• Be able to express empathy, patience and trouble-shoot problems in a positive manner
• Strong verbal and written communication, client service, and time management skills
• History of client service experience

Pay and Hours

• Begins at $20 and hires in at $20 after 6 months and good performance and attendance.
• Mon-Fri and we have two schedules listed below:
• 3 openings for 7:30am -4pm or 1 opening for 8:30am-5pm
