Job Description:
Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Analyst to join our team in the hospitality industry. As a Digital Marketing Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving our online marketing efforts, analyzing data, and providing recommendations and insights to enhance our digital presence. You will be responsible for monitoring digital campaigns, conducting market research, analyzing customer behavior, and providing actionable insights to optimize our marketing initiatives. Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a standard operating process for successful reporting, data integration, as well as producing key insights for growth through our digital channels.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing campaigns and web sites, such as website traffic, conversion rates, click-through rates, and ROI, and provide actionable recommendations for optimization across the user journey.
Prepare regular reports and presentations on digital marketing performance, highlighting key findings, trends, and actionable insights to stakeholders as well as ad hoc reports as needed.
Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track user behavior, identify areas for improvement, and measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and revenue, to develop an automated reporting process aligned with business objectives.
Support our digital product team in A/B testing of our web sites.
Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to ensure tagging/tracking strategy is in place and continues to remain intact through any changes to the site.
Creation of comprehensive tracking & UTM tagging implementation strategies and process
Serve as subject matter expert on digital analytics by providing best practices in defining success, reporting guidelines and validation of tracking.
Responsible for the evaluation of the current measurement practices and capabilities and formulating a vision for further evolution to future proof our reporting standards.
Qualifications:
3- 5 years of proven work experience in Digital, Marketing Analytics or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
Advanced in using digital marketing tools and data visualization tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to drive marketing decisions.
Excellent understanding of full funnel digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and digital advertising.
Experience with A/B or multivariate testing
Knowledge of hospitality industry trends, customer behavior, and best practices in the digital marketing landscape is preferred.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey data-driven insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and the ability to identify patterns and trends in data.
A passion for the hospitality industry and a customer-centric approach to digital marketing strategies.
PowerBI and LookerStudio experience a plus.
Understanding of Advance measurement (Media Mix Modeling, Incrementality testing,etc)
