Job Description

This role is hybrid. Successful candidates must be able to work onsite in Campbell, CA two days a week (Tuesday & Wednesday).

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as an Executive Recruiter. Your primary focus will be on the placement of technology talent using online tools, an authentic voice, and creative problem-solving skills to uncover, source, interview and deliver talent to our selective clients.

On the Daily:

  • Actively recruit passive candidates via LinkedIn, internal ATS (Applicant Tracking System), and other social media tools
  • Conduct candidate interviews and prepare candidate summaries
  • Partner with clients to present, debrief, and close the most qualified candidates
  • Engage in networking activities to build out specific databases (Engineering, Product, and IT Operations Leadership, Foundational Individual Contributor Roles, and “board-ready” women for Board of Director searches etc.)

The Foundation:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, technical majors preferred (or commensurate experience)
  • 1-2+ years of business experience
  • A track record of success in technology, sales/customer-service, or recruiting
