As we continue our expansion, we are looking for a driven Junior SDR/BDR to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow within the company, gain deep expertise in the MSP industry, and transition into a core sales or leadership position. Job Summary:
Responsibilities
✅ Prospecting & Lead Generation
· Identify and engage potential clients through cold calls, emails, social media, and networking.
· Research and qualify prospects to ensure a good fit for our IT services.
· Follow up on inbound leads and nurture relationships to move them through the sales funnel.
· Consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities
✅ Outreach & Appointment Setting
· Educate prospects on the benefits of Managed IT, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions.
· Schedule and coordinate discovery meetings with the sales team.
· Develop and execute targeted outbound campaigns to generate interest.
✅ Sales & CRM Management
· Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and opportunities in the CRM (Zoho or equivalent).
· Track progress and refine outreach strategies based on performance metrics.
· Work closely with leadership team to transition qualified leads.
✅ Continuous Learning & Growth
· Stay updated on IT trends, cybersecurity threats, and industry best practices.
· Develop and refine sales skills through training.
· Participate in sales meetings, workshops, and networking events.
