Job Title: Kronos Consultant

Location: US Remote

Duration: Long term Contract

• 7+ years of experience in implementing WFM software for Retail clients
• Atleast 2 years’ Experience in LOGILE WFM and Task Management package as Techno-functional consultant in Timekeeping, Task Management modules
• Worked in Implementation or support work for US Retail clients
• Knowledge of data integration between WFM and HR/Payroll systems like Peoplesoft/ADP.
• Dell Boomi 
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Direct client interaction experience during interactive phases like Requirements Gathering, Fit-Gap analysis etc.
• Kronos Technical Consultant, with implementation experience (at least 4 projects)
• Functional testing or automated testing in Kronos Timekeeper, Accruals and Activities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
