Job Summary: As the Dream Manager at Rooted Landscape, you will be the visionary behind our clients' dream outdoor spaces. You will design stunning landscapes, spearhead our marketing and social media efforts, participate in exciting business development events, and handle various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly motivated, energetic, and committed to achieving client and company goals. Key Responsibilities: Landscape Design: Create and develop innovative landscape plans tailored to client needs and preferences. Marketing & Social Media: Design and execute marketing campaigns to promote our services. Maintain and update social media platforms with engaging content. Business Development: Participate in business development events to expand our client base and network with industry professionals. Administrative Tasks: Perform tasks such as scheduling, client communication, and project documentation to ensure smooth operations. Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure project success and client satisfaction. Qualifications: Proven experience in landscape design and project management. Strong marketing and social media skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities. Highly motivated and energetic with a passion for design and client satisfaction. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
