Duties of Position:

Review requirements, analyze current processes, provide high-level and detailed estimates, provide high-level and detail developer specifications, code and unit-test solutions that meet McLane standards using McLane development tools. Perform system testing and obtain user approval for installs, create implementation documentation, support implementation and post-implementation activities.

Work Experience Required:

• 8 + years of related experience in information technology, preferably within the mainframe development environment
• Technical leader with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks associated with the projects
• Relationship management, effective communication, evaluation of alternative solutions, seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction
• Estimate, design, develop, test, document and implement well tested solutions that satisfy the requirements within the allocated time and budget

Other Qualifications:

• Mainframe Technical Skills: IBM Mainframe, JCL, MVS/TSO COBOL, DB2/Stored Procedures, SQL
• Subset Skills: VSAM, CICS Online, Pacbase, REXX, Oracle PL/SQL, MQ Series
• Tools: Reflections, JIRA, SCLM, SPUFI, File-Aid, PL/SQL Developer
