We are hiring a Mail Technical Processor for a a provider of document and information management solutions. For immediate consideration apply today.

Primary Duties:

• Submitting documents electronically to printers using our application
• Insert documents coming off the printers into envelopes (high volume)
• Troubleshoot systems errors, send emails and communicate efficiently with team members to help resolve any issues
• Complete all work in line with production schedule and expected productivity guidelines
• Complete daily production report
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including but not limited to cleaning your work area at the end of each shift 

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office to include Excel and Teams
• Fluent in speaking and writing English
• IT background w/ experience in mail mergers
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Physically able to lift up to 40 lbs
• Strong typing skills w/ heavy email output
• Knowledge of document imaging / scanning hardware / software and experience with creating electronic copies of documents are a plus. 
• Reliable transportation 
• Organized, reliable, attention to detail, able to work overtime when needed and work in a team environment
• Must be able to multitask effectively and efficiently
