What You'll Do:

Originate Loans: Generate mortgage leads through self-generated efforts, referrals, and other marketing initiatives.
Guide Clients: Assist borrowers in finding the best mortgage loan for their needs and financial goals.
Close Deals: Negotiate terms, process loan applications, and guide clients through the closing process.
Build Relationships: Establish strong connections with clients and referral partners.
What We're Looking For:

Mortgage Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience originating conventional and government real estate mortgage loans.
Proven Track Record: A history of successfully closing mortgage loans and meeting sales goals.
Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
