Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Night Auditor to join our team in providing exceptional service. You will be the first point of contact for our guest, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly and professional manner.
• Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently, handling reservations and payments.
• Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details.
• Perform night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are balanced at the end of each day.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including answering phone calls.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hotel is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and guest services.
• Ability to communicate effectively; multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in using hotel management software or willingness to learn new systems quickly.
• Flexibility to work weekends, and holidays as required by the hotel operations.
