THE ROLE

The Night Auditor will provide guests with excellent service at the front desk from making the reservation to departure, and will complete the daily audit following established policies and procedures. The Night Auditor will balance PMS systems and close the day.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Balance all department accounts; balance all credit cards to the appropriate PMS system(s)
• Run "end of the day" reports for PMS systems to close out for the day
• Welcome and register guests, and ensure that guests have a seamless registration and departure experience
• Review front desk log at start of shift and record information as needed throughout the shift
• Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Work cooperatively and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
• Other duties as assigned.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

• High school graduate
• Must have 1-2 years night audit or accounting experience in a similar capacity
• Previous Guest Services Agent experience preferred
• Previous computer experience required, previous PMS experience preferred
• Individuals with passion for customer service and able to work with others seamlessly. This means having no problem collaborating within a diverse team
• Dynamic and working calmly under pressure
• Ability to be carrying/lifting up to 25 pounds, frequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting and occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps
• Availability to work graveyard shifts
• Flexibility to accommodate varying schedules including weekends and holidays.
