Job Posting: Machine Operator/Floater

Location : Norfolk, NE
Job Type : Full-Time
Working Hours: 1st, 2nd, & 3rd shift roles!

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in basic math calculations
- Ability to safely lift, push, pull, or move up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively within a team
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine operation environment (preferred but not required)

Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machines in a manufacturing environment to ensure quality production
- Set up machines according to product specifications
- Inspect and remove defective items to maintain quality standards
- Load and unload materials onto machines as needed
- Monitor machine operations, adjusting settings to maintain quality and efficiency
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine issues to minimize downtime
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
