Key job responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning and Process Optimization
- Support business review processes, planning cycles, and strategic calendar
- Automate executive reporting processes for S-team and Board
- Support goal-management processes, prepare agendas and reports
2. Operational Excellence and Knowledge Management
- Maintain key performance metrics
- Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and playbooks
- Enhance knowledge repositories, improving content organization and searchability
- Support adoption of operational tools like Kingpin across CCR
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
- Partner with internal teams including Finance, Legal, HR, and Procurement on cross-org projects
- Facilitate best practice sharing and process improvements across CCR
- Collaborate with business teams and PMs to streamline operations and drive continuous improvement
4. Program and Project Management
- Oversee end-to-end project delivery and report results to senior leadership through 2x2’s, QBR’s, and Annual Planning
- Drive implementation of operational improvements
- Create feedback loops from customers to improve optimization
5. Technology and Systems Management
- Oversee file storage systems and migration projects
- Optimize and leverage key operational platforms (e.g., WorkDocs, Asana, Salesforce, Microsoft Suite)
- Identify and implement technological solutions to enhance operational efficiency

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience with basic web-based tools and products like Outlook, Excel, Word and SharePoint
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
