We are searching for an experienced transaction coordinator to assist our real estate team. You’ll manage all administrative aspects of the transaction from contract to close, including providing assistance with escrow-related documentation, scheduling inspections and repairs, and acquiring seller approval for offers and counteroffers. Compensation:

$40,000 - $60,000 yearly DOE

Responsibilities:
  • Check each document to verify it has all the correct signatures and dates so the transaction process goes smoothly
  • Arrange for and attend events regarding the closing process, including moving schedules
  • Help agents, customers, and other parties with all escrow paperwork, including appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans
  • Oversee all administrative tasks regarding home buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to close
  • Ensure inspections are scheduled and assist with negotiating and completing any necessary repairs
Qualifications:
  • Passionate about providing excellent customer service
  • High school diploma or GED required, preferably some college experience
  • Background or knowledge of the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages preferred
  • Candidates should be organized and able to communicate written and verbal information to clients accurately and clearly
  • Real estate license preferred

  • Must have experience with Skyslope Transaction Management System
