By staying informed about industry developments and communicating this information effectively, you can help your team stay ahead of the curve and deliver exceptional results.Qualifications:A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience.Experience using enterprise integrated software suites including Microsoft Office 365.Experience with tools such as: Tableau or PowerBI, Snowflake, Business Intelligence (BI) tools, Grafana, Datadog, and SQL.Certifications and experience in Six Sigma and ITIL Fundamentals- IT Service Management are highly preferred.Experience working with POS systems is highly preferred.Candidates with QSR experience is highly desirable.A high degree of understanding of relational database concepts is necessary.
