Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) Consultant/Analyst to manage and optimize revenue recognition processes in SAP.
Key Responsibilities
• Implement and Configure SAP RAR: Set up and maintain SAP RAR in alignment with business and financial requirements.
• Revenue Recognition Compliance: Ensure compliance with IFRS 15 / ASC 606 and other financial regulations.
• Integration & Data Migration: Work with SAP S/4HANA, SAP FI/CO, SD, and BRIM to enable seamless revenue processing.
• Business Process Analysis: Assess and optimize revenue recognition workflows.
• Testing & Validation: Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to verify SAP RAR functionality.
• Support & Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support, resolve issues, and enhance the SAP RAR module.
• Reporting & Analytics: Generate revenue reports and support financial closing processes.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams including finance, IT, and auditors to improve revenue accounting processes.
Required Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field.
• Experience:
o 2-5+ years of SAP RAR experience.
o Strong knowledge of revenue recognition standards (IFRS 15, ASC 606).
o Experience in SAP S/4HANA, FI/CO, SD, BRIM is a plus.
• Technical Skills:
o SAP RAR configuration and implementation.
o Integration with SAP and non-SAP systems.
o Fiori/UI5 experience (preferred).
o SQL and ABAP debugging skills (advantageous).
• Soft Skills:
o Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
o Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
o Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
