You will partner with clients to truly understand their business and related needs, building long term trust. Collaborate and Connect. TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

At least 3 years of experience working with HR Tools as a Practitioner or Implementation Consultant implementing HCM solutions. Advanced proficiency using Microsoft Office required. Leverage strong client relationship skills including the ability to influence and guide the client to best solution to help resolve their client needs. Ability to recognize project risks and proactively partner with the team to document and mitigate. Excellent analytical skills and time management skills. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Up to 30% travel activity required. A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include: Experience noted above, OR Military experience where skills including teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through will help you build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success.
