Your New Role

As a Senior Insulation Installer , you’ll be a crucial part of our team, bringing your previous experience to every job. This is more than just another job—this is your chance to build a career with a team that values craftsmanship and integrity. Here’s what you’ll do:

• Installation Specialist: Master the art of installing various types of insulation, from Batts, Loose Fill which include fiberglass, cellulose, and Rockwool. 
• Tactical Removal: Safely remove old or damaged insulation with care and precision, prepping the space for new installations.
• Energy Efficiency Warrior: Install radiant barriers and meticulously seal gaps to prevent energy loss and keep homes comfortable year-round.
• Pest Proofing Pro: Protect homes from rodents and pests by sealing openings and gaps.
• Safety Champion: Adhere to the highest safety standards, wearing all necessary PPE and following protocols to ensure a safe workspace.

Job requirements

• Ability to install various types of insulation materials, including fiberglass, cellulose, and rock wool, in wall and ceiling cavities.
• Ability to safely remove old or damaged insulation from existing structures.
• Minimum 6+ months of previous insulation experience, preferably within residential homes.
• Experience or willingness to learn how to install radiant barriers and seal air leaks for improved energy efficiency.
• Ability to identify and seal gaps to prevent rodents and pests from entering insulated spaces.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
