Senior Manager, DET Marketing Analytics & Reporting – Disney Entertainment Television Job ID: 10107603 Location: Santa Monica, California, United States Business: Disney Entertainment Television Date posted: Mar. 12, 2025 Job Summary: The Senior Manager of Disney Entertainment Television (DET) Marketing Analytics and Reporting will play a critical role in shaping the long-term strategic vision for how the DET Marketing Group sets, measures, and reports performance metrics, conducting widely impacting analyses, and deriving strategic insights to inform marketing tactics. He/she will drive new frameworks and processes to create consistency across DET and Direct-to-Consumer brands, elevating the entire organization’s approach to marketing television domestically and globally. The individual will collaborate closely with executives throughout the organization and act as a key contact for marketing leadership. A successful candidate will possess a strong combination of hard and soft skills. Responsibilities: Collaborate with marketing leadership to standardize the KPI expectations setting process across DET brands, including Disney Branded Television, Hulu, ABC, National Geographic, Onyx, Freeform and ABC News. Lead discussions on goalsetting and devise new and adapt existing KPI metrics as business needs continue to evolve. Refine, automate, and enhance the reporting process across our streaming products, global regions, marketing functions, and DET brands. Provide insightful interpretations of data to make it consumable for executives and actionable for teams. Conduct in-depth analyses of title- and genre-level performance and address brand-specific and DET-wide reporting needs. Establish databases and frameworks to facilitate more thorough analyses. Contribute to the creation of performance narratives post-title launch. Examine historical performance trends to inform future expectations and benchmarking. Engage with leaders from engagement, media, brand, and research teams to gather data-based insights and actionable marketing recommendations for Hulu and Hulu on Disney+. Present regular updates to leadership and supporting teams regarding marketing performance. Qualifications: 10+ years of progressive work experience in a dynamic and fast-paced organization; minimum 4 years in media and entertainment, strategy, strategic planning, or consulting. Looker, Tableau, and advanced SQL experience required. Hands-on, team player with the ability to both work independently as well as in a highly collaborative environment. Ability to thrive under pressure, work with ambiguity and complexity, manage competing priorities - often with minimal direction. Ability to interface and build relationships with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Willingness to be flexible and adaptable as the business needs change. Strong knowledge of the media landscape. Preferred Qualifications: R or Python experience for statistical analyses. Required Education: Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience.
