First Baptist Church of Pittsfield, located in the heart of Berkshire County in western Massachusetts, seeks a visionary and passionate Senior Minister. Position Summary : As the Senior Minister, one will provide spiritual leadership, pastoral care and foster an inclusive environment for all. Will also guide the congregation towards deeper spiritual growth, outreach, and community engagement.

Compensation: Current total compensation package of $90,000.
