A major client in Phoenix is looking at add a Service Desk Analyst (Tier 2) as an important member of the IT Support/Infrastructure team. This position is for someone with 2-4 years of experience, strong customer service, and troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues for our end users. Scope: Tier 1.5 & Tier 2 IT Support Desktop-focused.
