Their duties include:

Content Creation and Management

• Developing, curating, and scheduling engaging content, including posts, images, videos, and stories.
• Collaborating with designers, copywriters, and other team members to produce content.
• Ensuring content reflects the brand's voice and values.

Community Engagement

• Responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally.
• Building and nurturing relationships with followers, influencers, and other brands.
• Managing online communities to foster loyalty and engagement.

Analytics and Reporting

• Monitoring social media metrics such as reach, engagement, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Analyzing performance data to optimize strategies and campaigns.
• Preparing reports to showcase results and recommend improvements.

Trend Monitoring and Innovation

• Staying updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Experimenting with new platforms and features to expand the brand’s reach.
• Ensuring the brand stays competitive in the evolving social media landscape.

Advertising and Budget Management

• Planning and executing paid social media campaigns.
• Managing budgets and optimizing ad performance.
• Collaborating with marketing teams to integrate social media with broader campaigns.

Crisis Management

• Monitoring social media for potential issues or negative feedback.
• Addressing crises proactively and protecting the brand's reputation online.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in marketing or other related fields
• Experience in a managerial role
