Sr Project Manager - Aviation/Airport Construction

Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Sr Project Manager with expertise in aviation and airport construction to join our reputable general contracting firm. This role involves overseeing complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Open t experience with either renovations in airports and ground-up Aviation construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of airport construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, while providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Lead project meetings, facilitating communication between contractors, clients, and team members to address any issues or concerns promptly.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve challenges, and ensure work meets the specified quality and safety standards.
• Prepare and submit reports, including progress updates, risk assessments, and financial forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the aviation or airport construction industry.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects from conception to completion.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements related to aviation projects.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
