Key Responsibilities
Deliver hands-on therapy and personalized treatment plans.
Collaborate with physicians and care teams for optimal outcomes.
Educate patients and caregivers on rehab techniques.
Utilize Luna’s cutting-edge tech and Auto-Charting for seamless documentation.
Engage in ongoing training, development, and performance reviews.
Work with scheduling teams to optimize patient visits.
Treat patients within a 30 min drive, with geofencing for ideal matching.
Enjoy flexible scheduling after the first visit, coordinated by our Concierge team.

What we are looking for
Degree from an accredited PT program & active state license (or eligibility).
BLS certification, valid driver’s license & reliable transportation.
2+ years of experience (outpatient/home health preferred).
Strong clinical judgment, time management & communication skills.
Tech-savvy with EMR and mobile tools.
Passion for innovation and redefining PT care.
Travel stipend included. Visits over will be paid at $75/visit.
*Salary commensurate with years of experience.
