System Integrator I Position Overview: The Technical Security Systems Integrator shall perform configuration, troubleshooting, and commissioning of networked Technical Security Systems (TSS) in a production environment to include: Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), Emergency Notification Systems (ENS), Automated Access Control Systems (AACS), Closed Circuit Television/Surveillance Systems (CCTV), Video Management Systems (VMS), Environmental/Power Monitoring Systems, and Layer 2/3 Network Appliances (Routers, Switches, Firewalls). The Systems Integrator shall integrate all systems to provide situational awareness to the end user using the Physical Security Information Management System (PSIM). Responsibilities: Provide onsite training to end users on all integrated systems. Provide remote troubleshooting and assistance to end users. Adhere to standards and commissioning procedures. Understand and follow project designs/schematics. Complete required project documentation and ensure project as-builts are accurate. The government requires significant medical screening/examinations/testing for this position. Candidates will receive a contingent offer based on successful completion of government medical requirements. Education/Experience: 2 years of experience with integration/configuration of Technical Security Systems. Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or similar field (may be substituted with 5 or more years of relative integration experience and 2 or more relevant certifications). Desired/Relevant Certifications: CompTIA Security+ Certification CompTIA Network+ Certification Cisco Certifications (i.e. CCNA) Juniper Certifications Palo Alto Certifications Genetec Security Center Certification Software House CCure 9000 Certification Work Location: Alexandria, VA. Candidates are required to live in proximity to the National Capital Region. Security Clearance: Must hold an active SECRET US Government Personnel Security Clearance. Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must be able to obtain/maintain a TOP SECRET . Travel: International Travel 50-75% may be required based on business demands.
