• Pay: $ 2150.00 per week \n\t
• 6a-6:30p days plus call \n\t
• requires two years experience \n\t
• must hold ACLS, BLS, and AZ or compact license \n\t
• cerner charting\n\t
• level 1 trauma\n

\n Requirements: \n\n

\n\t
• Active Unrestricted state License\n\t
• Must have at least 2 years experience in specialty\n\t
• BLS via American Heart Association - required \n\t
• Must be able to provide at least 1 supervisory references\n
