What You ll Do

• Craft visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces for our gaming products, making every player interaction seamless and engaging.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that bring our gaming style and brand to life.
• Conduct usability testing with players, gathering feedback to refine and perfect your designs.
• Work hand-in-hand with developers to ensure your designs are implemented flawlessly, delivering a smooth and responsive experience.

• Design and enhance tools that empower our team, focusing on ease of use, efficiency, and productivity.
• Simplify complex tasks by creating intuitive workflows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver designs that make their work better and faster.

• Dive deep into user behavior by conducting research, analyzing player personas, and leading usability studies.
• Use data-driven insights from A/B tests and other feedback loops to continually improve designs.
• Stay at the forefront of gaming and design trends to ensure our products remain innovative and industry-leading.

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and designers to align on goals and create cohesive experiences.
• Participate in design reviews, offering and embracing constructive feedback to elevate the team s work.
• Present your ideas confidently and effectively, inspiring buy-in from stakeholders and teammates.

What You Bring

• A Bachelor s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction , or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally in the gaming industry or interactive digital media.
• A strong portfolio showcasing console interface design , web, and/or mobile applications.
• Mastery of tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision to bring your ideas to life.
• A solid grasp of usability principles, responsive design, and accessibility best practices .
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.

• Familiarity with game design principles and an understanding of gamer psychology .
• Experience with Unity, Unreal Engine , or similar game development platforms.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to better understand development constraints.
