Our content is monetized through affiliate marketing, and we're looking to expand our team with talented Full Stack Creators who can produce high-quality, faceless videos from concept to completion.

Job Description:

We're seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sports Video Specialist (Full Stack Creator) to join our team. You'll be responsible for creating 7-10 faceless sports content videos per week, handling everything from research and scriptwriting to editing and posting. This role demands a versatile skill set encompassing video editing, research, and social media management. Experience with ChatGPT for script generation is a plus. You'll receive comprehensive training and support, including access to specific tools and SOPs to optimize your workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research & Data Analysis:

  • Utilize our internal tools (WriteNow & EVanalytics) to identify 3-5 top sports picks for each video.
  • Analyze matchups and stats to craft compelling narratives around the picks.

• Scriptwriting:

  • Transform research into engaging scripts using predefined prompts with ChatGPT.
  • Ensure player names and affiliate offers are accurate and current.

• Voiceover Creation:

  • Employ AI voiceover software (ElevenLabs) to generate natural-sounding narrations.
  • Fine-tune voiceover output to guarantee high quality.

• Video Editing:

  • Source player highlights and produce fast-paced, engaging videos using Premiere Pro.
  • Assemble videos with AI voiceovers, ensuring alignment with the script.

• Thumbnail Creation:

  • Design simple, eye-catching cover images using provided Adobe Photoshop templates.

• Social Media Management:

  • Post completed videos on Instagram Reels and TikTok.
  • Optimize posts and adhere to platform best practices.
  • Utilize a mobile VPN for posting when necessary.

Skills & Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in video editing (Premiere Pro).
• Strong scriptwriting and storytelling abilities.
• Experience using ChatGPT for script generation is preferred.
• Aptitude for researching sports data and constructing compelling narratives.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok) and posting best practices.
• Basic Adobe Photoshop knowledge for thumbnail creation
• Meticulous attention to detail, particularly with AI voiceovers and player name accuracy.
• Ability to follow detailed SOPs and workflows efficiently.
